Cancellation / Refund Policy & Delivery Product details
Delivery Product & Services :
• An E- ticket & Hotel confirmation voucher will be
send to you at the respective email address provided at the
time of booking on the website.
Cancellation Policy:
• For the cancellation of any domestic booking please
call our Customer Support Team on 0124 4636400 (from all networks)
before 24 hrs prior schedule departure time for all cancellation
a standard fee of Rs.200 will be charged per booking & over
and above the airline cancellation charges will be applicable.
Re-Issue:
• For the reissue of any booking, Please call our Customer
Support Team on 0124 4636400 (from all networks) before 24 hrs
prior schedule departure time. For all cancellation a standard
fee of Rs.100 will be charged per booking & over and above
the airline Re – schedule charges will be applicable.
Refund Policy:
• In case of e-Tickets and PTA, the refund shall be
processed within 15 - 20 working days from the date of the cancellation
request being made.
